SGS Standalone Reader & Controller – AirAllow

SDP Technology was asked by AirAllow Inc. to assist in the development of the SGS, standalone reader & controller. The device is used in the access control industry to control the unlock state of a door by being controlled from a mobile phone. The SGS was a first of its kind in industry, the innovation and simplicity of the product was exactly what the industry has been asking for. The simple installation combined with the vast array of features made the product take off for the small to medium sized businesses; industry professionals rated the SGS as PRODUCT OF THE YEAR.

BluePrint – Inspira Health Network

A conglomeration of teams worked together to develop a web app for a health network in the Southern New Jersey area. The app was designed to include various metric trackings and project plan management. Inspira was able to track a departments financial spending and income, payroll, and time keeping in easy to use functional charts and graphs. The other aspect of the web app was project plan management, Inspira is an innovative Health Network that has many on going and future projects and were looking to get a better system to track them and the people working on those projects. Between SDP Technology, RCM Innovations and Hill17 Solutions we were able to build this complete management tool that was tailored to their needs.

Carbon Fiber Oven – Rowan IREC (AIAA)

Our team was charged with the task to build an oven capable of curing a carbon fiber airframe for an amateur rocket estimated to launch to 30,000ft. Using an array of resistive heaters, type K thermocouple, and PID control the team was able to heat the custom built container to a max of 240°F in 3 minutes and maintain +- 2°F. The oven would operate at 145°F, could fit a 5ft long x 18″ dia airframe, and ensured proper air flow or proper curing of the carbon fiber; this is just an example of how SDP Technology goes above expectations and requirements to develop products.
